Consultancy packages fall into three categories, Health Checks, Optimisation Studies and Strategic Reviews and comprise a set of modular services ranging from initial discovery and inventory to deep-dive analytics and support for strategic decision making.

Although services can be purchased individually, modules use common tools and draw  upon an integrated method of approach. As such, data outputs from one study can be used quickly and cost-effectively as inputs to a more comprehensive engagement.
