Health Checks

Backup, NAS and SAN Health Checks are short-term engagements (1-3 days). 

This type of engagement fulfils two core roles. In a seemingly healthy environment, they aim to minimise the potential risk of a future service failure and/or data loss. Alternatively, where a well-defined service issue is known but cannot be solved by resident IT staff these studies are the initial phase in any problem resolution.

Health Checks have two key objectives:

  • Highlight any major configuration and performance issues
  • Ratify operational integrity
